Florence Jetset operates exclusively with Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders. Payment is collected in cash upon delivery. We do not accept online payments, credit/debit cards, or any other payment methods.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or message within 24 hours. It is your responsibility to review this confirmation for accuracy. If you do not receive confirmation or need to amend your order, contact us immediately at [email protected].
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and dispatched promptly. Delivery times may vary based on your location, but we aim to deliver within 7-10 business days. Delivery to remote areas may require additional time.
If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Approved returns will be refunded in cash via our delivery partner during return collection. To request a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us immediately at the time of delivery or within 24 hours. Please include photographs and a detailed description to help us resolve the issue promptly.
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
Florence Jetset is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, delivery restrictions in certain areas, or unforeseen logistical issues.
